Wayne Cheong is a financial consultant with a unique mid-career background, having previously served in both the Navy and the Army, including roles in special forces and as a commando trainer. The discipline, precision, and people-development experience gained from his military journey continue to shape the way he guides clients today.

Since joining the financial industry, Wayne has been recognised as an MDRT Qualifier 2026 and an IDA Dragon Award – Bronze recipient. He is passionate about helping individuals and young families make informed, purpose-driven financial decisions, especially in areas such as long-term wealth accumulation, protection planning and legacy planning.

Wayne currently works closely with professionals, young parents, and action-oriented working adults — a demographic he deeply relates to as a young father himself. He also introduced two associates into the industry, with his very first associate achieving MDRT in their first year together, a testament to his commitment to grooming talent both within and beyond a military context.
