Before university started I was searching for opportunities to upskill and chanced upon this industry, and was undergoing an exploration training programme that was purely pro bono. My mentors tasked me to serve the people around me with the newfound knowledge and through those experiences I’ve found great fulfilment and purpose in the work I did. My vision for the financial services industry is to revolutionise it into a profession where wealth managers are equipped with the competency and compassion to always serve their clients first, develop and establish Singapore as Asia’s financial hub through forging offshore relationships.
