Looking back, it’s interesting how I went from being someone who hated insurance, to a financial consultant for the past 6 years and a team leader for the past 2 years.
My biggest hope for the industry is to raise the bar of financial consultancy, and changing the stigma surrounding financial consultancy. This can be a beautiful and impactful career under good guidance, and I strive to do that for the new generations of consultants. By focusing on excellence in their consultancy process and serving with their hearts, I’m certain that our clients would receive better quality advice and service.
Additionally, being the only female director in AWM Group means more than just achieving professional milestones; it’s about setting an example for other women who aspire to make a significant impact. I am committed to creating opportunities for women to develop their skills, grow as leaders, and become influential consultants in the financial services sector.
