I joined financial advisory in 2017 hoping to bridge the troubling gap between what people ought to know about financial planning, and what they currently know. A director since 2020, I now focus on impacting more lives by building the leaders of tomorrow. My awards are a summation of not only my efforts, but that of my entire team and my greatest joy is in seeing my team and agency make a mark in raising industry standards and seeing them grow holistically in this career.
Ensuring every associate succeeds.
Im personally very passionate about helping every associate to use their best strengths to their best advantage in business. One of the biggest obstacles in my career was the challenge of making sure every consultant succeeds in this business. Rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach, I focus on amplifying each individual’s strengths, facilitating a path to success that resonates with their personal capabilities.
Help others achieve their fullest potential.
I believe the mark of great leadership is when we can help everyone achieve their fullest potential, regardless of the cards that they were dealt with. I always try to understand people as friends, and this enables me to better unlock their own unique personal inner drivers to achieve the results that they want in this career. I think its important to help them focus on what gives them energy and the thing that gives them energy is usually where their strengths lie so what I do is to help them uncover this and find a best way for them to apply the strengths in their business. We don’t have to be good to start, but we must start, to be good!
A desire to impact the entire industry.
The biggest goal I wish to achieve as a leader is to contribute to an overall increase in the standards of financial planning. Financial advice should be needs-based rather than product-focused, and I hope to educate and empower the people around me to make wise financial decisions toward their desired goals.
